Our Guarantee

We request you to remit 30 percent of the total amount of the medical travel package specially customized for you, for provisional booking of hospital/surgeon, accommodation and other associated services. If for any reason, at any stage you decide not to go ahead with the planned procedure, we assure you that your entire remitted amount will be refunded back.

Though the chances are very remote, but in case you take such a decision after arriving in India and meeting the surgeon or inspecting the hospital facilities, you will bear only the cost of airfare and accommodation for that period.

Thus our ‘Service Guarantee’ not only protects your money in case of change of your decision but also frees you up of your anxious moments in the pre-procedure period.
