Any information sent to us including personally identifiable information or medical information is treated as confidential and shared with only medical specialists of our alliance partners, potentially handling your care.  The diagnostic test reports (digital or physical such as films/scans etc.) and the associated medical information, if sent to us shall be returned to you at the end of the treatment or at any stage you decide not to proceed with the treatment further.  The personally identifiable information such as name and contact details are used solely to make our response to your communication more systematic and efficient.
