Medical Visa

Medical VIsa

The entry of foreigners to India is governed by Government of India Foreigners Division Acts (The Foreigners Act, 1946 and The Passport (Entry into India) Act, 1920) and Foreigners Division Rules and Regulations(The Passport (Entry into India) Rules, 1920 and The Registration of Foreigners Rules, 1992).
