Meditrips India would schedule and co-ordinate the required medical consultation and organize teleconference or video conference, if necessary with you or your physician to seek clarifications on your treatment options.

Meditrips India will assign one care program coordinator (CPC) exclusively for you as soon as you confirm your travel program to India. The CPC would also prepare a dossier for you that would contain the trip’s schedule and detailed documentation about your planned medical procedure. The CPC would co ordinate all activities and liaise with different agencies to take care of all your needs as per the planned trip’s schedule. The CPC would be one point contact for you to meet all your personal requirements and would act as a trust worthy and affable guide  to make your interaction with  unfamiliar people/ situations a rather smooth affair.

The CPC would receive you at the airport and help you complete the check in formalities at your chosen hotel/ service apartment. We shall also make local travel arrangements for you and your companions from hotel/service apartment to hospital and for local sight seeing.
