Q. How many days prior to the commencement of the treatment should I leave my country?
Ans- It depends upon the type of medical treatment for which you are coming. However, typically, you may to plan your arrival in India just one or two days prior to the day of your scheduled medical procedure.

Q. How would my medical condition be evaluated?
Ans- Your medical condition would be evaluated by our panel of specialists based on the ‘Treatment Evaluation Form ‘and medical reports you send to us.

Q. Where is the treatment evaluation form available?
Ans- The ‘Treatment Evaluation Form’ is available in the ‘Registered user area’ of our Website, accessible to all our registered users. The form captures your general medical parameters which are studied in conjunction with your medical reports to carry out a comprehensive analysis of your medical condition.

Q. How do I send my medical reports?
Ans- You can send your medical reports electronically through e-mail. However, in order to transfer large files, we recommend you to use our ‘file transfer facility’ provided in the ‘treatment evaluation form’. If you are required to send the reports in physical form e.g. X-ray films, CT/MRI scans, CD’s, etc, you may have to use any reliable courier service.

Q. who will take care of my admission/ discharge formalities at the hospital, appointments with doctors and my other personal requirements, once I reach India?
Ans- Meditrips India would assign one care program co-ordinator (CPC) exclusively for you who will take care of all your requirements from the time you arrive at Indian airport till you return back home.

Q. How soon can I travel back home after my medical procedure?
Ans- It would vary from case to case and it would depend upon various factors viz. complexity of your medical procedure, surgeon’s recommendation on movement and dietary restrictions, your recovery status, your personal preference, etc.
